Techquity announces ”Smart upload” feature

We are pleased to introduce Smart Upload, a new feature that simplifies large-scale document handling in our investor portal. With Smart Upload, fund managers can upload substantial batches of documents at once while our algorithm analyses file names and proposes the correct distribution across investor folders.

This allows customers to upload and distribute documents to investors with only a few clicks, often in a matter of seconds. It is significantly faster and more reliable than traditional methods, such as email-based distribution.

The workflow remains fully controlled: fund managers review and confirm all suggested placements before finalisation. The result is a streamlined, secure and markedly more efficient approach to investor document management.
